You may place an order if you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. We sell to consumers across the European Union; if your delivery address is outside the EU, please contact us first.

The NO SPLASHIN' cover is designed for pressure-washing trash bins. It is available for 80-litre bins (approx. 45 × 55 × 94 cm) and 120-litre bins (approx. 48 × 54 × 95 cm). Only the cover is sold; the bin is not included. Small variations in material or color may occur and are not considered defects.

The product is made from aluminium without protective film because protective film would significantly increase the price. Minor cosmetic scratches or processing marks may therefore be present on the surface. These marks do not affect use and are not considered defects.

Sharp corner edges. Despite edge protection, aluminium corners may be sharp. Handle the product carefully and wear suitable protective gloves when handling, fitting, cleaning, or inspecting it. Before every use, inspect the edges, rubber edge protection, and handle. Do not use a damaged product or one with loose or missing edge protection. The product is not a toy — keep it out of the reach of children. Use it only for its intended purpose (pressure-washing trash bins) and follow the enclosed instructions for use as well as your pressure washer's manual. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The cover helps reduce splashing, but it does not guarantee that 100% of the water will stay inside the bin or that the user will not get wet. Wear suitable protective clothing and footwear and do not lean over the bin opening while washing.

Product prices, VAT status, and shipping details are shown clearly before checkout. The checkout total is confirmed by Shopify before you pay.

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment providers through Shopify's secure checkout. We issue and fiscally verify an electronic invoice for every paid order in accordance with Slovenian tax law.

Orders are dispatched normally within 2–4 working days. Estimated transit times: Slovenia 1–2 working days, EU 2–7 working days.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason (under the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act, ZVPot).

To withdraw, email info@no-splashin.com and ship the goods back to: Madras-Line d.o.o., Levičnikova ulica 4A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. The cost of return shipping is yours. You are responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Minor surface scratches on the aluminium caused by production or normal handling of an item supplied without protective film are not grounds for a defect claim. Returned products must be unused and free from additional damage beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

If the cover is faulty or differs materially from what was advertised, you have a statutory right to a free repair, replacement, or refund under Slovenian consumer law for two years from delivery.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages or damages caused by improper use, including use that disregards the safety warnings in section 3. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
